Born in Venezuela, listening and dancing Latin Music even before birth, the young Marcos travels to UK where he studied Business Studies at Manchester Polytechnic. After traveling worldwide he began his working career in International Banking occupying executive positions and then join the team at General Motors Treasury.
With the desire to settle in Europe, perhaps influenced by his Polish roots, Marcos Szczurek returns to the "old mainland" settling in Spain working on their own and undertaking various businesses such as import export of steel-making materials, fruits, seafood, etc... Pioneer in creating an image consulting business "wherever you are system" his team worked for different companies, fashion shows, embassies, film industry.
Coach of personal development and motivation has conferenced throughout the country in addition to writing a manual and a book on these topics, and many more business experiences to long to mentione.
With this consolidated experience through the years in different and varied sectors, Marcos eventually gets involved in artist management due to a strong friendship with an extraordinary salsa singer who motivates him to be his manager.
This decision motivated Marcos not only to represent artists but also to organize different events related to music, dance, sports, always seeking excellence in each one and relying on his innate creativity.
Marcos then created CAT 7 PRODUCTIONS in 2010 after being in showbusiness for more than 10 years.
He has had the chance of being at countries such as Russia, Sultanate of Oman, Morrocco, Europe, and more, with the artist he manages such as "El Gato" Morán, Spanish All Stars Band or Calle Mora Orchestra.
He has also organized the famous Feria de La Chinita en Madrid, event with more than 10 years existence. Not to mention big events, live music tours and bootcamps. He is currently developing new events coming out in the near future.

Susana Montero is established as one of the premier teachers, dancers & choreographers in the world. Recently moved back to Spain from the UK, and she is currently working as Artistic Director of the Dance Council in Madrid.
Susana was the associate choreographer for the film Cuban Fury with Nick Frost, Rashida Jones, Olivia Colman and Ian Mc Shane where she was also featured as an actress.
Member of the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing) where she's just finished developing the Salsa examination for teachers.
Susana has also participated on the BBC’s So You Think You Can Dance and Strictly Come Dancing, including a live performance.
She was born & raised in Madrid and discovered a passion for ballet & flamenco when she started dancing aged 5. She performed for the Silvia Yague Ballet Dance Company and The Spanish National Ballet till she moved to the UK .At the age of 16 Susana turned her hand to contemporary, jazz & Afro-Cuban dance. She was introduced to salsa in London in the early 90s.
She is a British Salsa Champion, also has been awarded Best Dance Performer and Teacher in the UK and other countries several times in the last 15 years. Also awarded internationally including the Award for her contribution to the Latin Dance and Culture in Los Angeles, USA.
In 1999 she debuted in the Princess Diana Memorial Concert at the Royal Albert Hall. She has done numerous TV, radio, newspaper & magazine interviews & appearances including Co-Choreographer & dancer for Pop band Eskimo’s ‘Japanese Girl’ music video, Living TV’s “Diet on the Dance Show . Appearance alongside Eddie Palmieri,Oscar de Leon, El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico & the New Swing Sextet, Performance in the “Salsation” and The Magic of Salsa both Broadway Musical directed by Maria Torres . Interview for the ‘Psychology of Dance’ BBC’s Radio 4, ‘Queer Eye for the Straight Guy’ for Channel 4 television, Interview on Channel 4 with Esther Rantzen, Interview for GMTV ‘Good Morning’, Interview for Miami TV, Indian TV and C9 Spain TV.
She has a PhD in Psychology and has also worked as a children’s dance teacher for 10 years including Eton Collage in Windsor and participated in a children’s Latin Dance book ( published 2011 by Wayland)
She is one of the co-founder of a Latin Dance School in London, The Latin Dance Academy llp. And she teaches regularly in Congresses all around the world.
